anything to secure a deal and then look to solve the
problem later on.

with the right skill level or approach can be much harder to
solve and getting this right may not be easy.
If a Salesperson secures a project they do not specialise in,
the firm enters a whirlwind searching for the talent from the
market. If a suitable resource is found, invariably they do not
know the make-up of the vendor, (on-shore/off-shore balance) and
they do not understand how the rest of the organisation flows,

the delivery of large-scale, distributed Tier One Banking projects,
with budgets in excess of €100million and over 300 people around the
globe working towards a common deadline. No two projects are the
same of course, but we have the experience and access to the best
resources to ensure we have people who have "done it before" and are
empowered to "do it again". Watchmist is fully integrated with the
vendors, so there are no additional contracts to worry about.

The "advisory
service", where the client engages with Watchmist to discuss the
nature of the project, the aims, risks and issues - prior to vendor
selection is free.
Watchmist are paid by the vendors on the
Master Service Agreement.
